Welcome to Mike’s Fishing & Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our nautical services. To provide the best experience for our clients, we limit the number of passengers on our boats. We highly recommend booking your tour early to secure your spot and help us plan the perfect adventure for you.

By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by the following policies:

1. Public Tours Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date are fully refundable.

  • Within 24-48 Hours: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the tour date, you can reschedule for another day, but no refunds will be provided.

  • No-Show or Late Arrival: If you do not show up or arrive late, no refund will be issued. We allow a 15-minute grace period for boarding.

  • Reservation Changes: The reservation charge is based on the number of people booked. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel any spots that will not be used at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Private Tours Policy

  • More than 8 Days Before Tour: Full refund for cancellations made more than 8 days prior to the tour date.

  • 4 to 7 Days Before Tour: 50% refund for cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the tour date.

  • Within 72 Hours: You can reschedule your tour up to 72 hours before the booking (subject to boat availability), but no refunds will be issued.

  • Within 48 Hours: You may change the schedule on the same day (time change only, not the date) within 48 hours of the booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations.

  • Rescheduled Private Tours: Once a private tour has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • No-Show or Late Arrival: No refunds will be issued if you do not show up or arrive late. A 30-minute grace period is allowed for boarding.

  • Additional Charges for Extra Guests: For the Canuwa II and Grand Canuwa catamarans, charges are based on the number of people in your reservation. Additional guests will incur extra costs. It is your responsibility to cancel any unused spots at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Promotions

  • No Changes or Refunds: Promotional bookings are not eligible for date or schedule changes. No refunds will be provided for cancellations of promotional rates.

  • No-Show or Late Arrival: No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for boarding.

4. Payment and Charges

  • Secure Payment System: Our reservation system is 100% secure and handles your bank account and credit card information confidentially. We will never ask for your bank or card details directly to make a reservation.

  • Online Platform Charges: Booking through our online platform may include additional tax charges, which are reflected in your total at the time of payment.

  • Payment Errors: If there is an error during payment, no charge will be made. You can try another card or contact us for alternative payment options.

  • Alternative Payment Methods: If you prefer not to use our online platform, you can pay via wire transfer or PayPal. These secure methods provide control over your payment and the ability to dispute charges for services not rendered.

5. Prices and Exchange Rates

  • Bait Availability: Bait is subject to availability. If live bait is not available, fishing will still proceed using alternative methods, and no refund will be given.
  • Early Return Due to Illness: If a guest becomes ill during the trip and requests to return to the pier early, the trip will be concluded and no refund will be issued.
  • Conduct: The Captain has full authority. Illegal substances or aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

6. During the Trip

  • Bait Availability: Bait is subject to availability. If live bait is not available, fishing will still proceed using alternative methods, and no refund will be given.

  • Early Return Due to Illness: If a guest becomes ill during the trip and requests to return to the pier early, the trip will be concluded and no refund will be issued.

  • Conduct: The Captain has full authority. Illegal substances or aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

7. Liability and Safety

  • Assumption of Risk: Passengers acknowledge that nautical activities involve inherent risks. By boarding, you voluntarily assume these risks.
  • Safety Equipment: Life jackets are provided, and their use is mandatory when instructed by the crew.

8. Intellectual Property
